We’ve hosted showers, birthdays, holiday parties, family get togethers, fantasy drafts, football watch parties, and beer tours in our party room. The room can hold 50 for a casual gathering and up to 36 for a more formal occasion.

Located in the heart of Zelienople, Pa, ShuBrew offers an alternative, suitable for any small gathering. Guests can enjoy our craft beer, local wines, and signature cocktails. Our from-scratch kitchen works with local purveyors and suppliers daily to bring you the highest quality ingredients and dining options in the area. Choose from brunch, lunch, small plates, or dinner catering options from our menus below. Alcohol packages are available to add. Non-alcoholic drinks included.

Have a budget in mind or want a customized menu, we can do that. Taxes, gratuity, and room rental fee are not included in below prices.

A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill upon checkout.

OFF-SITE CATERING

Graduation Party? Birthday Party? We would love to cater your off-site event with beer and/or food! Most of our menus below are available for off-site catering at an indoor or outdoor venue. We provide all of the equipment for holding/serving the food (chafing dish, wire racks, aluminum water pans, aluminum food pans, aluminum food pan lids, serving sporks, serving tongs, and tables (if needed).) We can also provide a bartender and/or food server for an additional fee. Contact our event planner for more information on date availability and beer options. Delivery and service fee applies based on distance.

PRIVATE EVENT GUIDELINES

For the room rental itself, there is a $100 room rental fee. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a date for your event and can be paid via check or credit card. The deposit will be used as the room rental fee. All deposits must be paid before the scheduled event date and secure your event. Checks should be made out to ShuBrew LLC. There is a $100 facility rental fee which . All sums are required and will be paid in full on the day of the event. Pricing does not reflect taxes or gratuity. A gratuity of 20% is added to all checks. Applicable state and local taxes will be added.

Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the per person cost, including; lemonade, fountain soda, iced tea, and coffee. Various options are available for alcohol for your guests. Please refer to our alcohol packages document. No outside alcohol may be brought in to the facility. Should ShuBrew find that any customer or guest has brought any type of alcohol onto the premises without prior written approval, or allows any minor to consume any alcoholic beverage (everyone must have a valid I.D. in their possession), ShuBrew reserves the right to close the bar immediately and/or terminate the function entirely at the customer’s expense. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all fines, loss of business, assessments and liability as a result of the above.

Additional Arrangements

Guests must secure prior approval before bringing in any outside food and/or beverage. We are pleased to assist you with any special event needs. Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations and set-up before an event. Guests are welcome to set up their own decorations one hour before the event start time. Decorations and decoration materials, including candles, must conform to local fire department regulations; it is expressly prohibited for banners, or materials of any kind to be affixed to ceiling, walls, without prior approval.

ShuBrew will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise of articles left on the premises prior to, during, or following the event, including but not limited to personal articles, cake decorations, pillars, dividers, and cake tops.The customer, on behalf of the customer and all customer’s guests, expressly agrees to indemnify, release and hold ShuBrew harmless from and against any and all losses, costs of collection, damages, attorneys fees, expenses, and all claims & liability growing out of, or resulting from this agreement, customer and customer’s guests, or third parties’ personal injury associated with use of said premises (including but not limited to slips and falls), the service and consumption of alcoholic beverages and / or food, and any act of negligence by ShuBrew. ShuBrew is not liable for utility outages; including, but not limited to water, natural gas and electricity. No refunds will be made should utility service be interrupted.Customer agrees to be responsible for any and all liability and damage done to the premises during the period of time for setup, the actual event, customer’s guests and customer’s suppliers and other third parties who are present at customer’s request. Should any portion of this agreement be found to be invalid by a court of law, the invalidity of that portion of the agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion which shall remain in full force and effect.

ShuBrew Responsibility
