ShuBrew was opened in 2013 by Zachary & Erika Shumaker AS A RESTAURANT AND BREWERY ON Main Street IN ZELIENOPLE, PA. Their vision was to offer the community a selection of beers that they themselves would love TO DRINK and an array of food that would elevate the experience. OUR THEN CHEF AND NOW PARTNER, PATRICK WYMAN, TOOK THE KITCHEN TO A NEW LEVEL BRINGING ZELIENOPLE A RESTAURANT THAT OFFERS A FROM-SCRATCH KITCHEN WITH SEASONAL MENU SELECTIONS BROUGHT TO YOU IN A FUN, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. IN 2019 WE WERE THE FIRST RESTAURANT IN BUTLER COUNTY TO EARN A PLATINUM DESIGNATION FROM SUSTAINABLE PITTSBURGH. WE ARE DOING OUR PART TO BUILD A VIBRANT COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES.
IN 2016 the SHU CREW MOVED BREWING OPERATIONS OUT OF THE RESTAURANT TO NEARBY HARMONY, PA WHERE THERE IS A TAP ROOM WITH FRIDAY HOURS AND REGULAR CAN RELEASES. The original Zelienople RESTAURANT is open year-round WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MAJOR HOLIDAYS. BUSINESSES SHOULD BE CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS #INOUROPINION.
